What we handle

  • Vehicle placement at the berth, CFS, warehouse or your factory
  • Loading supervision, weighment and documents (e-way bill, LR, delivery challan)
  • Live tracking and daily status of loads in transit
  • Proof of delivery returned promptly for billing
  • Return loads and container empty returns where needed

Port evacuation for bulk cargo

During discharge, trucks are what keep a vessel working. If trucks don't arrive, cargo piles up on the quay and the vessel waits. For bulk discharges at Kandla, we schedule trucks shift by shift against our stevedoring team's discharge rate, and move overflow into storage so the hook never stops.

Over-dimensional (ODC) and project transport

Moving oversize cargo out of the port takes more than a big trailer. For each ODC move we:

  1. Survey the route: bridges, overhead lines, turning radii and road restrictions.
  2. Apply for permits: state road permits and police escort where required.
  3. Plan loading: with suitable cranes, rigging and lashing.
  4. Move in convoy: escort vehicles and night movement where the permit requires it.
  5. Deliver on site: coordinated with the site's unloading crane and schedule.

Documents on every load

Every truck leaves with the paperwork needed to pass check-posts and be accepted at delivery:

  • E-way bill generated against the invoice
  • Lorry receipt (LR) or consignment note
  • Delivery challan or customs release, as applicable
  • Weighbridge slip
  • Container interchange receipt (EIR) for container moves

Missing or mismatched documents are the main cause of trucks being held on the road, so we check them before the vehicle leaves the gate.

Safety on the road

Loads are lashed and covered to suit the cargo, vehicles are checked for roadworthiness before placement and drivers carry valid licences and vehicle papers. For hazardous cargo we use only vehicles and drivers permitted to carry it. Overloading is not accepted on any job.

Road or rail?

Road is usually the best choice for distances within Gujarat and neighbouring states, for door delivery and for urgent loads. For long distances and steady volumes, rail haulage can be cheaper per tonne. Many moves combine both, with trucks covering the first and last mile. We will price both options when it makes sense.
