Anyone who has shipped through a busy port knows the problem. The vessel agent, the stevedore, the customs broker, the warehouse and the transporter are usually five different companies. Each does its part, but nobody owns the whole move, and the gaps between them are where demurrage, detention and missed delivery dates come from.

Globelink was set up to close those gaps. We bring vessel agency, stevedoring, customs clearance, warehousing and road and rail haulage into a single operation run from our Gandhidham office. One coordinator follows your cargo from fixture to final delivery, so problems are caught early and fixed by people who can act on them.

We offer twelve services across the cargo journey: vessel agency, stevedoring, chartering, cranes and forklifts, custom clearance, container freight station services, shipping, freight forwarding, road haulage, rail haulage, warehousing and storage and integrated logistics support.

Clients can use one service or all of them. Most start with one, usually agency or customs, and add the rest once they see how much easier a single point of contact makes things.

Our office is at Plot 79, Ward 8B, Subhashnagar, Gandhidham. That puts us within easy reach of:

• Deendayal Port, Kandla: dry bulk, break-bulk, liquid and project cargo, including operations at Tuna Tekra.
• Mundra Port: container terminals, multipurpose berths and rail-connected cargo.
• Nava Sheva (JNPT), Hazira and Chennai: also handled by our own team, run from Gandhidham.
• The CFSs, warehouses and customs offices around Gandhidham, Kandla and Mundra.

Being local means our people are physically present at the berth, the CFS and the customs house, which is where most problems get solved.

Good port calls are decided days earlier. We review the cargo, documents, berth position and transport before arrival, so the vessel can work as soon as it is alongside.

Globelink is a new company with an experienced team. Between them, our people have spent more than 40 years at Kandla and Mundra: boarding vessels as agents, running stevedoring gangs on the berth, preparing customs documents and scheduling trucks out of the port gate. In 2025 they came together to offer all of that under one name.

That experience shows in the work. Over the last five years, our team has handled:
